nice skins but almost is missing on top:
just before <html>:

?>
in the <head>
just before </head>:
<?php echo $mainsettings['skinheader']; ?>
you have to add it!

Forum integration doesn't seem to work with this. Not with phpBB2, anyway. I love the skin other than that...
