How can I fix the header issue ? The logo does not show and I have no clue how to fix it.

actually just fixed the header problem. nothing calls it thats why it wasnt appearing.

I would guess that the code for the menu bar is in the css file, but without downloading the skin myself and looking I cannot be sure.

This is a really nice and simple skin. I have downloaded all skins on SD.com and many skins here on SD.org and this is the one i like best. However i would like to change the colour of the menu bar. I cant find where that setting is in the code. Please help.
