the use of <?php echo $mainsettings['skinheader'];

I was just wondering if anyone knew the importance of this line in the skin header.

<?php echo &#036;mainsettings[&#39;skinheader&#39;]; ?>

I am just asking this because i have bookmarks on my new skin ie back to top and i cant use the #top bookmark on all the other pages - it takes me back to the home page localhost/index.php#top

But when i take that line out. All seems to be working well on the other pages.

Is there another way of doing it?

All I think that does is display the top image file where your logo is...
