I have three lightsabers and want the newest dual blade...awesome it is..have it i must...
got lots of collectables....

However if you want some cool pics of say props hehe and full scale props from the movies...im your person....I really should upload them to my site for all to enjoy :).....

Robert, Lightsaber effect totally doable. Once my commitments have vanished, will get crackin, seeing as though there is a good teambase keen to make it happen. Most importantly would be the Styleshitcher, so client side they can skin swap between the good & dark side. heh heh. Same as this site. Also have random image headers, I have some lovely template designs started so will incorporate the ideas from them.
Also, do nerdy things lik use .ico for cursors on hover for particlar sections of the site, using icons from: http://icone.goldenweb.it/index_file/l/en/...rs/default.html (http://icone.goldenweb.it/index_file/l/en/d2/cinema/c/star_wars/default.html) and the like, These can be added by adding script to your css like:
table.content { {cursor:url("iamastarwarsnerd.ico")}
This will make the cursor appear for IE users (about the only time I would want to use the stoopid program =)

I too am a collector, only the old gear, original in packets, etc Ebay is my friend, I only have Lukes original Blue lightsaber (formerly annakins) my Fiance has even let me turn our enternatinment room into the Star Wars room, MAN I LOVE THIS GIRL , lmao..

Death Star, the project to make the ultimate Star Wars skin for subdreamer. We&#39;re going all out, and this&#39;ll be pretty wow.

Once 72dpi is married off, we&#39;ll get started.

I have some really cool icons and sound effects :) have an archive that I wanted to use to build an all sw pc someday....all custom, but just did not have time...

all modded out.....
then alienware made one with graphics on the box....

Should be easy, but the problem with sound is it loads when eqch page loads. I would suggets a sound player (flash), that uses variables to determin what to do, or even a flash menu.

i have started work on a flash menu for Subdreamer, just need to get time to get back into it. Basically, just duplicate movieclips, and get the variables from the categories content. i think icons & sound for flash buttons would be the way to go, also, flash buttons (sliding door sounds), perhaps for opening/closing panels 9content panels), much like the moderatror area hack, with the + and - to expand/contact menu items. Obviously, you would need to set cookies to make these menus remember, but just make the open/close buttons flash.

Just ideas...

I&#39;ve actually been modding the Old School SD skin for my Star Wars site at starwarz.com/tbone but it hasn&#39;t launched yet. It&#39;s coming along OK and I&#39;m making the switchable CSS into planets so you can click on the death star, alderaan, endor, and mustafar - which is all i have skinned at the moment but I&#39;m going to make more. When it&#39;s up I&#39;ll let you all know.

yah I wish we could get gateworld.net to use subdreamer (although whatever they&#39;re using [looks like a modded MT] produces actual files then uses SHTML includes to call them) but a stargate skin might make for some really cool blogs using SD :) never know....

Sure, make three 3d scenes ( without the ships - they&#39;re my specialty ):

- Above tattoine ( in space )
- Infront of the second deathstar
- On hoth, away from the generator.

For the hoth project, just do the generator, I&#39;ll place the guns and the men, burn marks, at-ats.

Each scene needs to be 1280 x 1024. Good luck dude :).

In a dark galaxy far away, the emporer began rebuilding what was known as the "Death Star".

Instead of pointing it at Endor, I am gonna release this puppy very soon.

This is definately going to be a cool fun skin.
Whatever you can bring to the table can be considered, and added, whether it be code, design, or what have you. Thanks mate.

One thing I need to do for this skin is lose the "rigidity" (is that a word? =) of the content boxes, and get a more natural "organic" style, so the site isn't so squared.

Anyhow, stay tuned....

Yea i'm new to this place. See, you skin really hits me cause I run the old AOD Jk Divisional Website, and im really interisted in this you'r making.
Only thing I can add to this is, add some Nice colours or star wars related stuff the the rest of the template besides the banner.
Also What I'd like to see personaly is that it's Imperial like (Super star destroyer anyone? ^_^ )

I'm waiting so bad for the release, I'm checking this page everyday.
