No scroll bar for some reason

I cant scroll when making long posts and quoting others in the submit form. Im using subsilver forum skin. I dont know if its subdreamer doin this or the forum skin. Anyone else have this problem and do you know how to fix it? Im sorry I do not want to expose my site at this time duo to security reasons. Thank you.

Ok I think it might have to do with my skin. I need to know how to increase my width. Its "squishing" the scrollbars off the screen. If you have the gravity skin please help with the forums width.

At the very least, a screenshot would help troubleshoot that.
