I've been searching around here for a few days now and I heard that there was going to be a plugin for SC regarding embedding reviewpost in SD, I saw a post dating back to mid last year about a plugin coming out soon for SD by FARSherman (I think) but then the posts on the SD site kind of stopped till I found this place.
After playing around with the light version I'm wanting to purchase the full version as it's extremely promising and features everything that I need except for that there wasn't a reviews script, which is why after trying out reviewpost that I'm going to purchase that as well, however is there a plugin that'll allow me for using the SD environment instead of the reviewpost? If so then I'll purchase SD straight away as then I'll have everything that'll I'll need.

I thought it's possible to integrate ReviewPost with a forum and then integrate it with SD...

Reviewpost and Subdreamer do use the same users from a forum but that's not what I meant, I mean to integrate reviewpost within the Subdreamer interface instead of having to open reviewpost and not have the menus and such from Subdreamer, I also won't get the plugins and such from Subdreamer like you would on any other page of the site.
If there is a plugin to do this then I'll be happy.

If it is integrated into a forum like IPB/vB ..it should be under the IPB wrapper which can be configured to display the SD Wrapper as well..
Otherwise you can try editing CSS files and etc and see how it goes.

But that's the thing, I want it using the Subdreamer skin with the menu system and plugins, not the forum skinning system, I take it there's no plans for it then? :\

You could try using an iFrame setup ???

Actually that's not a bad idea, but then having an iFrame could create some problems such as scrolling effects, and also a lot of browsers do not support frames so...I'll see what it's like in a plain HTML first then to see what happens.

question vash.
i think i get what your asking.
look at my forums.
http://clanubp.com/forum/
You will notice at the all the pm member list and forum related links in the SD menu header.
if that what you are looking for?

Well am iFrame is working but then I've had a few people that can not either display the page or just get very bad scrolling effects which I didn't want...
Though yeah, a little bit like that, all the links up the top however need to be from SD (I've still to skin my forum actually...but that can wait lol). If I can get reviewpost looking like my site and have the top menu working like SD then I'll be sorted, though if I could also have the plugins enabled then that'll be a bonus.
I'm presuming the iFrame'll do this with a plugin (that I don't have yet), in fact I should get around to making some plugins, even a review script and such, only thing is knowing how to make a plugin, LOL!

Obviously iFrame is out of the question if some people can't display it properly (either that - tell them to upgrade their Browsers LOL)
I'm not the best coder here... but obviously a table setup would be best :s
So like maybe a custom page with two tables
And the top table is set to pull information from the SD Header files (or whatever it is)
and the bottom table is set to pull information from your reviewpost body tables.
...
I don't know how feasible that is (or if possible) but yeah.
I have ideas ... just wish I had the skills to implement them :s

Use the forum integration code with reviewpost. Thats how I do it on my forum.
