it is just for Example Stelly (just for visual viewing what you can do with it :P ) !

You are right the background pics are from the fan site pack (wallpaper).

The picture in the main content is a screenshot from me (by playing)

If I release the final Versions, it comes without copyrighted ET-material, it just includes 100% own grafix material.

(like the bordes, backgrounds,... does)

It is the same with the d_isubdreamer Skin for visual viewing i have used
copyrighted Apple-material but not in the competition release.

I hope you can sleep very well after this :P

I do'nt play any video games period nemore, but that's a cool idea for a skin; and I'm sure a lot of people would use it :). With unique graphics courese heh.
