I contacted ValsiS (http://www.subdreamer.org/forum/member.php?u=3355) after his post and the work is now done, I am so happy with it, he has done a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I will be using ValsiS (http://www.subdreamer.org/forum/member.php?u=3355) again in the future for much more work and highly recommend him.

:) i not converted only the skin ... i make the skin structure again , bacause all the design was created in tables, zero CSS, zero DIV structure :)

now it's 100% xhtml Valid
only Div structure (zero tables)
Full compatible with SD3 skin engine
