Skin re-color help Please

I'm looking to use the half-live skin, however, I really need it in white and blue rather than brown. I more of less want it to match my forums:

I'm essentially looking to only re-color the skin. I've attempted to change the colors in various files, but without luck

Can anyone PLEASE help? I will pay if necessary.
