Random member to show members with criterion

Greetings,
I want a mod in the random member, to show something like 'Hall of fame', with the criterion as to show member only with say 'n' number of posts, or 'n' number of topic starter, or 'n' number of blog entry or 'n' number of pictures uploaded in IPB gallery.
Further, if member has no avatar selected, the random member plugin should show default avatar, say a cup.
Is it possible or can that be modified in this plugin?

kushaaal, I just had a client ask me about this I would love to see this taken on by someone as well, damn I really have to learn php...I am currently learning flash and how to use photoshop better....too much to learn to be a web developer LOL
