nice design

I have a question, if someone makes a skin, does it automatically get posted here or do we have to submit it officially?

have to officially submit it... and it must clear my eyes first (or subducks) sometimes I just check them over really quick and sometimes I install it and give it the once over. same with the links (but I make sure all the sites submitted are running SD)
