Need custom Skin (MMORPG/World of Warcraft-related)

Hi there. I have an existing Subdreamer site related to World of Warcraft and need a new skin/design. The skin must be able to support multiple plugins including news, articles (broken down by section), videos, multiple ad formats/sizes, etc. The skin must be unique, with no branding or "designed by" links. I would also require full rights to the skin (so that it may not be sold to another party at a later time).
