Not sure what to name it?

Decided to make a fixed width tableless skin, haven't quite got the menu worked out yet but should figure it out soon hopefully. The tabs in the screen shot aren't the actual menu yet. I'm trying to figure out a way to only have the amount of tabs shown to correspond with the categories created. There will be a limit of six main tabs but I'm working on css drop menu's as well so you shouldn't be limited.

I'm also trying to make the plugin collapsible by header click like the admin menu's DaGoN and I uploaded.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice in how to acomplish what I'm after I'm all ear's...
