Although I would love to invest the time in coding this myself, I simply do not have the time.
I'm looking for someone to build me a custom skin for a unique gaming website.
Basically this is what I'm looking for:
Fixed Design, perhaps 975px.
A design for the home page (three column page)
A design for the article and review pages (two column page)
Nice color scheme, not to heavy with blacks.
There is more work to follow if a coder needs the cash.
Also, I have no problems with acknowledging the author by adding a link to their site or in my affiliates section.

From the samples I've seen, Indigo is probably the best, but this also comes at a cost. The quote I got for my site was more than a $100, but was definitely reasonable for the amount of work.

There typical price is $400.00 per skin

hmm.. $400 bucks eh? I guess that is do-able. They do great work from what I've seen. We'll see what happens I guess. I've already initiated converstation with them. Do you guys know about what they charge for custom plugins?

As you can see I haven't enlisted there services yet. It's a transparent gif is probably why its like that. I will be having them design a logo as well, just trying to save up the money for it. Seems to be going out more than it's coming in lately.

for XXX you can have the skin used on XXX.com. Completely subdreamer and everything works. I can modify the header.

Indiqo is 400 euros, ~630 USD + 3.6% Paypal fee. Expensive, but great work.

just thought i'd chime in here. Indiqo's work is excellent. If you are on a more strict budget, Vynnus also does very good work. He is also very willing to work with you after the project has been completed if you need him to tweak a few things. In fact...he helped me with a few things that weren't even technically related to the skin (although i'm not sure he'd want me volunteering that information haha).
anyway, just wanted to give my feedback. =)
