HI there,
New here and new to SD having it only less then a week.
Well stories simple bought SD, run a gaming clan, got a mean IP.Board skin, but SD hasnt.

What i need, i need this skin here (http://www.uwsunited.com/forums) ported to SD, i own the skin, well bought it. I have no GDK for the skin but i do have PSD's for the banner and buttons.

The header needs to stay the same, i dont know how your gonna manage making those nav buttons at the top. But i prefuer if i could add the nav buttons via image then having text over the top of the buttons.

The login box and and the advertisment box needs to stay. The type above the ads box ("Welcome to the forums") needs to be changed to "Advertisements". The rest is upto you.

This skin needs to be fluid and be able to expand and retract width ways. It also needs to intergrate with the forum as seamlessly as possible.

If it lower the cost i can create a PSD/design for it and i'll just need it cut and coded. Oh yer the forum member bar needs to stay at the top and work just like IP.Boards on all pages. When guest are on it says menu disabled, when members are on it has links to User CP messages and all sorts.

Thanks you, please get back to me asap with possible quotes.
Right now i can afford prob $60 NEW ZEALAND DOLLAR! But will talk with our sponsor if it comes to more.

I do not like to make waves, but this offer is rediculous. My dollar, the canadian dollar is currently above the us dollar:

1 canadian dollar = 1.13 US
1 new zealand dollar = 0.75 CA

Meaning that to convert your design, someone would make:
45 us dollars

To do your job ( with no profit ) would take at least 100 US dollars. I understand you mean well, but paying peanuts for professionalism can only lead to bad things.

Is that just coding?
Like i said i can talk to the clans sponsor if the price was higher.
the 60 is just under whats in my paypal account.
Add sponsor funds onto i can pay more.

I didnt mean to be rude or try and offer little for alot, but thats what i can honestly afford myself at the time of typing the post.

I understand, and was not trying to be offensive. I know it is hard to guage what is fair and what is not. Figure minimum wage is at 10.00 an hour, for most here this is a 10 hour job to get everything "just" right. I'm rounding down to the minimum.

Better than 50 an hour right ?

True.
I will talk to the guy tonight see what he says.
Worst comes to worst i might have to pay half now half when done. (If this is ok).

Just for a ballpark figure, is the above quote both design & coding or just coding? If just coding what would it be for both.

I was thinking both, sure. Often psd's need to be reworked - it depends on the designer. Anyways, good luck :).

Minimum wage is $10.00/hr?! Not where I am. Where I am minimum wage is $6.50/hr.
