I am using the subalure midnight skin along with IPB, Im not sure if what im asking is simple or complex, but subalure comes with 2 designs. I modded the #1 to be all black, instead of B/W/B/W/B. I need what i did checked and also, and the reason for this post, The current design has 5 vertical rows I need one horizontal row at the very top, just under my sites banner to place another banner

If you look at the top, the small banner (gotrmusclecar), they want that to run across the page, not be confined to the center block. maybe xxx by 120 or 100 px box? Anyways, Id like to learn how to do it, but if thats a big thing, Id compensate someone to do it.
Also, quick question. Is it possible to change the font size in the title box of a single plugin? or is that a global setting for all the titles? Its a cloned plugin, si can html tags be added in the admin panel to the display name?
