Very cool plugin, but for our site, the Website URL should not be mandatory (or even listed). Can this be easily pulled?

change it in the language settings, and call the field a contact phone number :)

You can go to "Languages" in the Admin control panel.

Scroll Down to "Language Settings" and find the "Support Desk" under downloaded plugins and press the button that says "Support Desk" under the "Edit Language" column.

On the next page find the phrase you would like to change and enter it in the "Custom Phrase" box.

Click "Update Phrases" and your all set.
