Convert to Subdreamer

Hello I'm thinking of purchasing Subdreamer. The only thing that is holding me back is the skins. I would like to convert my current Html site into a Subdreamer skin. If this is possible please let me know, also I'm a student on a tight budget atm so no insanely priced estimates please.
