help with this forum please

Hi... I would like to set my email notification defaults for this forum, as I can on the main SD site. So I get notfied by email of replies to posts or updates, I can't find the way to do it - could someone please advise me. Thank you

you see on the bottom FAST REPLY - SOMETHING - OPTIONS - SOMETHING

you click options subscribe to the forum and threads as you like and you're good to go.
