Need Somebody to skin a Template

Hello Guys,

I'm a member of a basketball fan website and we are trying to use SubDreamer. I have the design done in Macromedia Firework (PNG Format). All what I need somebody to make this file a skin so I can start using it?

Free help will be highly appreciated since we are volunteers for this website. If money required, a little budget is available to be paid from my pocket. PM me if somebody is willing to help or interested in finishing it.

I can offer a nice design for exchange of skinning my template.

If somebody have any tutorial or Step by Step to do this, it would be nice. Don't give subdreamer.com link for skins and plugings. They are not helpfull.

Anybody who can help by any instant messenger would be appreciated too.
