p63_Comics updated

Hi,

since the Comics plugin - written by Fred Sherman - causes a severe
amount of PHP notices and warnings, I took the freedom to clean it up
for the frontend.

If "p63_Comics" plugin is installed, replace the existing file with
the attached file.

Tested with Firefox 2 and IE 7.
