Modifying column appearance

I'd like to modify the columns in "Intense (http://www.subdreamer.com/sd_skins/p13_sectionid/2/p13_fileid/148)" from subdreamer.com but can't find any examples of how to accomplish this.

Basically, where the article placer boxes are, I'd like the first plugin in the left column to be the same height as the first 3 plugins of the right column.

So it would look like this:

Any ideas?
