User ID in external script

is there a way to pass the user ID to an external script which will be displayed via an Iframe in a custom plugin?

to my knowledge the answer is nope.

Yes of course, but is there a variable with the User ID available when setting up a custom plugin? Not that i'm aware of.

Does someone have a good idea how to modify the code to pass any information to the script so that i can identify the user logged in?

No there isn't in the custom plugins. That's not what you asked though. You could try to include the core files into your script.
