double menu

I am trying to build a new skin to take the place of a static html website (you can see it at http://www.satimo.com ).
I would like the skin to look as similar as possible to the old site as possible, but I have 2 problems:
- I need to make a double menu (the catalog on the right and the upper menu) pointing to different kind of pages from the content point of view. How should I do it? is there a tutorial or an example I could look to understand how to do it?
- I would like to have some dynamic effects like the mouse-over effect (which is actually a javasciprt). is it possible to do it?

Hi,


For the right menu you could use a plugin to show the images with the rollover effect and link them manualy to the right catagory.

Just an idea ;)
