Combining RSS Feeds (headlines)

Every body knows the websites who collect headlines from several rss feeds.

I like to build a website like that. What I need to be able to is:

Ad rss feeds
Place them (link them) to a category
En then this plugin should automaticly collect the headlines of all the rss feeds in the same category. This way you will get a mix of headlines from all this rss feed partners.

Can someone tell me how to do this or is there allready a way?

Yes I can use that one but not for combining headlines in one list. Sites like the dutch site http://www.headliner.nl

If you have Invision Power Board, you can import multiple RSS feeds into a private forum, then import that forum's RSS feed into Subdreamer.

do not have that. maybe theres some one who like to make a plugin who can collect headlines out of more then one rss feed. any one?
