Hyperlinked random image plugin request

This is an idea I had to create more "diversity" for the home page, or any other main page. It would basically display a random image (from a queue in the backend) that is hyperlinked to whatever you want.

In a way, it's kind of like the random gallery image script, but each picture has its own hyperlink wrapped around it.

I just downloaded and installed it....but my biggest question is can you use HTML or just text?
