News Plugin

My Subdreamer site is being used mainly as a blog with the news plugin. Is there a way that I could add to the comments a place where people can post their website or blog link. Like blogger for example:

Username:
website:
comment:

And if so, would it open up any kind of security vulnerabilities?

I think it already has a user name field if they are registered. As for the website which is all that it currently does not have, I suppose you could edit or hack the plugin for a text field and ask for it.

Yeah, I know there is a username field. The question is how would I add the field for "your website"...
