phpAdsNew and Subdreamer skin?

Heya folks,

I'm wondering if it's possible and what would be required to use phpAdsNew together with Subdreamer. Especially thinking about the Effect skin.

Has anybody used phpAdsNew with Subdreamer? I'd like to get all the info I could get on combining the two. :)

Its quite easy to skin phpadsnew to subdreamer however intergrating the user system is a much bigger task.

Would you have to integrate the user system to phpadsnew? Only a couple of users would have access to it, I don't mind us accessing it without Subdreamer, as long as I can control ad campaigns and place and track ads that are on the subdreamer site properly.

I use phpadsnew... I simply create a custom plugin and put in the java evocation (I think that's what it's called) in the custom plugin and then place the plugin as per normal

That's the plugin... For the forums (http://www.mumsonline.net/forums/), I just place the evocation code in the header template and badda bing

can you elaborate exactly how you have created this custom plugin?

what i am trying to achieve is having different zones on different pages so that ads applicable to that page are being displayed there.

there will be over 20 zones in total and therefore i will need to create over 20 custom plugins, is there a way around this by creating a special plugin similar to the article placer?

FYI they changed to "http://www.openads.org/" But I too would like to know more about your modification to get it to work as a plugin, please.
