Add the ability of members (with guest option) to rate submitted links
(1 - 5). One vote per member per link, please, with the inability of the submitter to rate his/her own link.
Also, an admin option to display ratings after X number of votes are entered ... to avoid a link being rated unfairly. (perhaps 10 votes with a message to those rating a link prior to this number being reached that their vote is registered and that it will be displayed when X number of votes have been entered).
Also, an admin option not to display those ratings if they fall below a set rating. For example, if the admin only wants to use the rating system to display "great" links, those with a 4 or 5 star rating (optional, but would be neat!)
